Booking & Cancellation Policy


Due to the nature of our business, we have a strict cancellation policy in place to be fair to all clients. We ask that all clients respect and agree to our policy before engaging in services from us.

A non-refundable booking fee is taken on all appointments with a duration of one hour or greater (booking fee amount is 20% of total service cost).  The remaining cost of your service will be paid for at the time of your appointment. The non-refundable booking fee applies to all appointments made using gift vouchers.  A new gift voucher will be provided, minus the amount of the non-refundable booking fee (which is 20% of the total service cost).

The time for your appointment is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes you may need to change your appointment and we kindly ask that a minimum 48 hours’ notice be given.  You will forfeit your booking fee if you change, reschedule or cancel the appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice.  In the case of complimentary services (that is, complimentary perfecting session), the treatment will be forfeited.  We are very strict with our cancellation policy as clients who cancel within short notice, not only cost the business but stop others from having the opportunity to make an appointment at that time.

We have a strict “no show” policy. If you have not shown up to a confirmed appointment you will forfeit your booking fee. 

Cancellations are accepted only by phone call or sms to 0401 253 119.  If phone is unattended please leave a detailed message and your call will be returned to confirm the appointment cancellation.

Simply saying you were not aware of our cancellation policy will not be accepted as you must read & agree to it to when booking your appointment online, it is also sent as a link to read in your appointment confirmation email.
